How to Add a Watermark to a PDF
Upload your PDF, type the watermark text, then adjust the opacity, rotation, and font size to your preference. Click Add Watermark to apply the text to every page centered diagonally. Download the watermarked file when ready.
Choosing the Right Settings
A 30% opacity with 45° rotation is the standard for visible but non-intrusive watermarks. For clearly visible draft notices, raise opacity to 50–60%. For very subtle markings, reduce to 10–20%. Larger font sizes cover more of the page but may obscure underlying content at higher opacities.
